This can happen for several reasons:
- Applying the wax too thick. Remember Waxperts strip wax should be applied super thin.
- You are applying wax to too many areas, which is allowing time for your wax to set into the client’s skin. Try to apply, remove, apply, remove. This will make the wax glide off the skin during removal.
- Pre-Wax Oil was applied to the client’s skin before the strip wax was applied.
- Any excess Waxperts Cleanser was not tissued off enough leaving skin damp with a possible oily residue, which makes it difficult to remove the strip wax.
- Top Tip: Ensure clients skin is completely dry and free of moisture before applying strip wax.
